FWIW, I understand that people will want to minimize the money they will lose on resale with any given car (actually making money on resale is a pipe dream seldom achieved in any reasonable time frame), but I appreciate articles about maximizing pleasure with a given purchase rather than dollars.

I'll make a mental note to pick up a copy of the July issue when it hits the stands here to see how that balance is handled (if it is addressed).

I know it's part of the hobby but I hate these.................I do view it as a neccesary evil though.

Thankfully I seem to love oddballs so my pick are likely to stay affordable.
