It's a George Barris car built for Esso to celebrate Expo 67 and Canada's Centennial. They were given away in a contest.

Knock off the training wheel, and you get a good looking aircraft.

I think that's cute.  No idea about the performance, but I love the lines.  Isn't that an Apache, not an Aztec?  I was always a Tripacer fan, too, so what do I know.  It's not quite as clean as this, which is prettier:
