I am not going to be very productive at work for today and tomorrow. All i can think about is leaving Wednesday morning for the challenge.

I don't really understand the abuse they get. Given the choice of styling between a PT and most any Cute Ute on the market today... Picture a PT beside a Juke and tell me which is weirder.
I disagree. From my experience Neons are more reliable and some people (also not my cup of tea, but some people) use them for performance. The PT cruiser on the other hand it a PITA to work on, and has plenty of issues.
And I actually like the Juke styling. :)

Same here, thinking of all the things left to do first. What tools to pack. Etc.

For some reason I've been looking at Juke NISMO RSs. Seems like a fun, if bizarre, package with the 6 speed.
My friend's wife has one. I don't think it is the NISMO, but it is factory turbo'd and she seems to like it. The styling is funky, but I like it.

Yup. I should clean the house before I go. Not going to clean the house before I go. .
I lived in Tampa for 4 years (2010-2014) and never made it up to the Challenge.
I regret this more than not having Jessica Alba be the mother of my children.

He didn't regret not having children so much as not doing enough of the activities required to have children.

Every so often, I get an itching desire to try to find a clean four cylinder '79-82 Mustang notchback and build it up like it was a Group 4 Escort. Probably could shave 100lb off the nose by getting rid of the goofy front suspension and going with a front suspension from a Volvo 240 or something, too.
I have to travel a fair distance to go to a funeral this week. It was a very sad and untimely death.
I have already checked the local Craigslist for any potential bargains in the area.
What the hell is wrong with me?
I just returned from a surprise mini vacation I put together for the family. It was a huge success. Everyone had a great time. I am beat. I now need a vacation.
My wife is facing unprecedented amounts of sexual harassment in the workplace now that she's working from home.
My dad was bitten by the challenge bug.
I just talked him into building the car i had already planned to build, convinced him it was his idea, and talked him into paying for it.
I think im proud.

I think that qualifies for the win thread.
I want a G-wagen.
I am NOT going to buy a G-wagen.
I am NOT going to buy one for these perfectly good reasons:
1. I don't have room for one.
2. I don't have a need for one.
3. I don't have a budget for one.
I want a G-wagen.

The s you left off of "pickle" may have unintended - or intended - significance.
For weeks before and after the Challenge I pretend my work van is my Challenge car and try to hit perfect apexes on curves.
