A close personal friend of mine was recently struck by another driver and insurance has declared his personal summer car a total loss. My brother in law and I purchased the car to part out however other aspects of life have dictated that we'd be much better off if the cash we tied up in this came back more quickly than in pieces.

I've got this listed on most of the usual BMW haunts but thought someone from GRM might likely do something cooler with the drivetrain so I'll offer it here at a substantial discount.

Come scoop up this whole car for $5300! There's easily quite a lot more value in parts (as seen by the below price list for those who may be interested in individaul pieces) Location: Grand Rapids MI

2002 BMW M3 SMG Vert

72,000 Miles

2nd owner

heated/power seats

HK audio

The car has new powerstop pads/rotors, he was on a test drive after installing the new brakes when the accident occurred.

I've added a small price list of what I think are common parts people want below. I will note that we'd also sell the complete car as it sits right now for $6000. It absolutely has to be trailered a tow dolly won't work. This would make an awesome donor for someone looking to swap a touring or sedan. It was never driven in winter and the underside is very clean and rust free:

S54 Engine 72k miles, runs flawlessly. $3500

SMG Transmission $600

SMG Pump with actuator and accumulator $500

Convertible Top Pump $150

LSD conversion for 325i 330ci non M3 cars $1000

Front M3 big brake conversion for non M3 cars with brand new powerstop pads and rotors $200

Is this thing still around? My e30 had an engine failure....and you know, an S54 would fit. Sent a message over on Panjo but haven't gotten a response yet.

It is!

sorry for the delay, I tried sending an email back but it got bounced back, as I was out of town at Rd Atl my email correspondence was a bit light!

We are supposed to have someone paying for the engine this week but if they pass you are welcome to be next in line
