You can pick them up all day long for $55-65K, so that one selling for $181,500 indicates that old Tom having sat in the seat yields a premium of over $100 K.
Never been too sure why this happens. I had the chance to buy a Jensen Interceptor once owned by a rock star and my only thought was "Not unless I had it fumigated first!"
