And so it begins, another trip to Monterey Car Week. We have been covering this ever-growing and truly magnificent week-long slate of activities since 1989. We’re back for another go-around.
This year’s trip is going to start with a drive in a nearly new, 8000-original-mile 1980 BMW M1 that is being offered by Canepa. They’re located near Monterey in Scotts Valley.
From there we stop by the Concours on the Avenue, have a quick lunch meeting and then on to our all new Classic Motorsports Kickoff Cruise-In at Pacific Grove. Hope to see many of our readers there. We’ll finish the day with Hagerty’s Evaluation Dinner, a roundtable of experts who are discussing current trends in the collector car market.
