We were only six weeks out from the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance and our project Tornado Typhoon was still at the Body Werks getting some pretty extensive cosmetic enhancement done. Panic was starting to set in. We asked the Body Werks if they could at least get us the frame so we could start reassembly. They generously obliged.
We had decided to paint our frame red, and are so glad we did. As you will soon see, the contrast or the red frame against the white body turned out very nice.
