In preparation for our trip to Amelia Island, we began to turn the mighty Edsel into the workhorse it was intended to be.
Our original radiator was leaking slightly, but Griffin made us a beautiful, lightweight replacement that fixed our leak and lowered temps by at least 10 degrees. The new unit is slightly thicker than the original—which is good for cooling—but as a result it initially came a little too close to the fan. A slight massaging of the radiator support got us a comfortable fan clearance. The new radiator fixed our leak and lowered temps by at least 10 degrees.
