Were these hatches sold in the U.S.? I don't recall ever seeing one. From the rear it looks a bit like the Saab 99.

HarryPRNo, they were never sold in the US. A few were sold in Canada, but most of the ones in the U.S. probably came from the Netherlands, where they were quite popular.
lasttrI did a little googling on the 2000tii and saw a bunch of pictures. I like it!
