Carroll Shelby wasn’t the only person to shove a Ford V8 engine into a British chassis. Take, for example, this 1966 TVR Griffith 200.
Noted as one of only 10 right-hand-drive Griffiths, its power comes from a Ford 289 V8 engine mated to an aluminum top-loader four-speed transmission.
Other features include a Shelby aluminum intake manifold, ceramic-coated exhaust manifolds, and 6-inch-wide wheels on all four corners.
