What makes this 1971 Alfa Romeo GTA-R so special? It’s the first GTA-R to be offered at public auction from Alfaholics, an elite Alfa Romeo restoration and customization firm.
Similar to how Porsche owners have Singer, Alfa Romeo fans have Alfaholics. The company–which boasts more than 40 years of concours-winning restoration experience plus nearly 30 years of racing knowledge–created this bespoke Alfa Romeo GTA-R example from the ground-up.
The car features a full aluminum body, carbon hood and trunk, and fully trimmed cabin. Underneath, the Alfa Romeo is equipped with a full Alfaholics track day adjustable suspension system.
