What did George Reed bring to the 1963 12 Hours of Sebring? This Shelby Cobra, CSX 2051, and now it can be yours.

This example came the factory as a 260 Cobra, one of just 75. While it debuted at Sebring, it dropped out early due to ignition issues. The Shelby was later upgraded to a 289 in 1964 by its second owner, Pat Manning, who raced it in SCCA and USRRC competition. In fact, CSX 2051 comes with some SCCA trophies from back in the day.

As a historic piece, it’s entered many of the world’s most premier events, including Le Mans and Goodwood.
