At a meeting of a local car group, the host (we were in his garage) was showing off his new air ride suspension on his Falcon Ranchero. I asked what had been on it before and he produced a pair of coilover shocks and said "Anybody want them?....Free." I took them. Now I have a fellow offering to trade a transmission for them. Is the trans free in my budget? I have a receipt for the shocks.

Except, if I trade the shocks then I have to find replacements for them. I was going to put them on the car, but if I can get some other shocks and springs for less than the cost of a TH350 I'll be a bit ahead.....I think.
