1992 GMC C3500 Ext Cab Dually, 2wd, 6.2 Diesel, 4L80E, BLOWN MOTOR - $700 (Bristol)
Up for sale is my dually pick up truck. Mileage: 196,000. GVWR: 10,000lbs. This truck is labeled in the door jamb as a Autotruck cab and chassis. It has a blown 6.2 diesel motor and good 4L80E transmission. The frame is immaculate. I lent it to a friend and it came back with a knock. I knocked him on the side of the head. He never even offered to help me to fix it! It sounds like one of the connecting rod bearings spun. It still starts and runs but knocks loudly. I am a mechanic and performed quite a bit of work on this truck. I am relocating out of state and don't have the time to repair it before I leave, hence the sale.
This truck has lots of new parts on it and served me well. New parts replaced within the last 2 years (it has been sitting for about a year):
