My CitiCar needs fat rubber and it has the room. What have you got?
I have some 13x6 rims that would fit. They have strange bolt holes that are oval shapped but I've had them on my MG midget which smaller than 4x100 and I've had them on a Miata. You could have the rims (they are heavyish).
Did I mention that I also have a real nice Lego man for sale. He's cheap but he strangely ships in 2 13x13x12" boxes that will weigh ~ 30lbs each? it's very weird since it will cost probably $50-70 to ship legoman but what are you going to do?
Well, this fits SOME of your parameters...dunno if those tires suit your needs or not. 13x8 Rotas
In reply to psteav:
holy crap! an 8" wide wheel and tire combo... and the tires aren't stretched! you don't see that every day.
You figure out wheels yet? I might have a pair that fit the bill, but they're not light and they're certainly not pretty. They'd be free.
Not a set of four and no tires, but it's something. I'm guessing you've got some not-wide stuff (Miata, Civic, BMW, etc.) to fit as a back up plan?

Sorta pedestrian in a CitiCar kinda way...but very challenge friendly...:

EDIT...never mind. I was going by my MR2 and thought that these were 4 X 100. Muh bad.
I have some 13x? with 4x4" "slotted mags" (two pairs of different brands) that I'd love to part with. I'll try to remember to take pictures tomorrow, if you're still looking.
