Idk, could be a cam phaser (vtec yo) or a head gasket issue, or fuel, or sensors, etc.
Mine melted through the insulation on the crank angle sensor wires and caused a really weird running issue. It would run, but barely.
If you go look bring a scan tool.
God damn - if I didn't live in another country, I would already be on the way to get that!! For $400, if it dies you could part it and make some money.
Cheapest online search I have found so far for a front bumper cover is $600. And all the trim on this one looks to be in very good condition. Don't even mention the seats. I'm gonna call shenanigans.
