Yeah, I'm in Raleigh and could possibly trailer this home from there. I saw it on Craig's list earlier tonight and though about emailing if the other e36 I'm looking at didn't pan out.
Think this is worth it for me to buy anyways? Seems like all the stuff it needs I could possibly do without a main shop.

I like the narrative in the ad. KInda like how I bought my S-10. Seems very much like the owner wants simply to get out from under it. And in the spirit of GRM - do eet! Seriously if I had the space and moolah it'd be mine. 
In reply to caffeine357 : I Think it's hard to go wrong here with this one. If It doesn't pan out for easy repairs, you could easily recover your cash with parting out a few bits, and then scrap the rest. Only risking a bit of your time. I'd do it if I were you.

naw, it was sold that same night. i wouldnt have been able to pick it up till this weekend anyways.
