I do have a 6spd trans, pedals, clutch and fly along with the cf driveshaft if someone wants to do this and make it a manual. Cut you a deal too....

Headroom is limited for taller folks but putting a race seat in should result in more headroom. That's what I'm planning to do with mine.

This would be a good (whatever you feel) swap candidate because like others said the automatic comes with the smaller 4port engine and in general is not really worth the time.
The 4 port was so bad, Mazda started putting the 6 port in later automatic cars. It still doesn't help the automatic penalty, though.
Swap it, wrap it, take it to the track.
