Looking for a couple of seatbelts and hardware for a 73-87 (truck is a 76). I'd rather not drive 1700 miles without one... I know I'm a pampered pansy. But it might also save me a ticket.

Hadn't even looked yet. New truck has nothing. bolts are gone as well I believe.
Also, the wife is about stretched right now with me and finding something cheaper would be great.
Also be posting up a REALLY good automatic daily driver soon.
Didn't I read on here, that you can go to a dealer, and get new ones for free, as they're safety requirements?

Depends on the manufacturer, not everyone does it voluntarily. Honda and Nissan, yes. Others, only in states they are required to.
Is this something that a pick n pull yard wouldn't sell to you? Just about every yard in country will have that generation GM trucks.
Personally I would prefer new belts, but healthy looking used ones are way better than none.
So I talked with the inlaws on the truck last night. Father in law informs me there are no bolt provisions in the b-pillar for a shoulder belt. Is it possible that a truck built as a 1976 model could have come with lap belts only? I mean, I'm not THAT concerned about factory 3-point belts as I was planning on a harness bar anyway but I'm just not up to date on my old crap seat belts like this.
In reply to Bobzilla:
Wiki says lap/ shoulder safety belts were introduced in '75 for the '76 model year.
LMC lists lap/ shoulder belt kits for '73-'87 w/o any notes for shoulder models I saw. I bought a set of their lap/ shoulder belt replacement kits for my '81 and they were good quality for about $90/ set. I thought about used JY belts as they would be a close fit by eyeballing but was satisfied w/ new from LMC.
If you're intent on a shoulder belt you could weld a nut on a doubler plate into the B-pillar and call it good, prolly better than the factory weld nut anyway. Just my 0.02
The problem is this: truck is in Tucson with no belts or hardware. I will not have access to welders etc. Looking through the catalogs on different sites show 77 as the first year shoulder belts were standard. Even if 76MY was the first to get it, it's likely similar to the 80's where not all got square headlights, some got round.
I don't want to sink a ton of money into these damn belts that are going to get replaced when I get home either. I'll get a harness bar and already have the harnesses for it, but obviously can't do that there. The LMC replacement belts come with no hardware, but the price is acceptable. If I knew what bolts were used I could just pick up some to go with the belts.
