Project seems to be expanding due to scope creep.

Right Moser 31 spline axle has 3 loose studs

Guess the rear end is going to need to be opened up to pull the axles, replace existing studs with 3" ARPs

Probably freshen up bearing and seals while the cover is off

Oh Well

With the tow hook in the license plate recess, I am guessing this car will no longer be on the street? I thought it was going to be more of a dual purpose car with the Torque thrust style wheels. Looks great so far!

Never do the math. I did a little back of the napkin math on what it would take to duplicate this build, and it was breathtaking!  Super nice though!!

The tow hook is going to be removed for ever day driving. License Plate is being mounted on a Flip Down Plate Mount.

Tow hook will be mounted during Off Road events

The math will scare you

In reply to tester (Forum Supporter) :

This is Phase #1

Furious66 completed Phase #2

Matt, Mike, Ryan & Chad did Phase #3

Phase #4 is just starting

Each Phase had a budget point and was completed thusly.

Easier to Budget by Phase and not look at Total Cost of ownerhip

Well

The rear end was starting to make expensive noises on decelerate, the axles had to come out to have the 3" ARP studs installed.

The 4.10s are a precursor of the 6 speed to be installed in Phase #5.
