This was an old ICSCC GT4 champ from 25 years ago. Changed hands who knows how many times, ended up in Northern Cal sitting in a back yard. We grabbed it for my daughter with the idea of auto crossing, which turned into a research and restore, with some upgrades. Found a 2.0L and rocket box, got hooked up with some good folks, sourced some parts from England and here we are! Very quick in the slow speed stuff, doesn't have a ton of straight away grunt but it's a momentum car. It's done 3 trackdays with the Norcal Shelby Club and Trackmasters Racing and 1 autocross. Looking at doing the Goodguys Autocross at Pleasanton in November. We'll see what the little Corty can do against the big V-8's on that tight course..

Cool build. What's the silver car sitting next it?

If you need a Twin Cam for it, I have a spare.

In reply to mrhappy: 68 Mercury Cougar. My regular track car, in the midst of a makeover of sorts. A tad more serious this time..
