Not mine, no affiliation, just saw it on craigslist and figure I'd post it here.

Anybody ever notice how those things look like Mustangs?

I assume a swap to a real transmission doesn't take a whole lot.

Had one new. Hated it. The cockpit was so small every time I moved my elbow hit the door. Did like the styling, fit and finish, and cool system check graphics. But it didn't overcome the sardine can feeling.

I've wanted one of those since I was in high school.

I absolutely see the Mustang in them - always did. Although oddly enough, part of what I liked was the similarity to the Ford Falcon (Mad Max was still new back then).

While definitely gettign harder to find, I'd have to see it in person to say if $2800 is a good price. From what I understand, parts availability for these is essentially zero so they are insane to restore. I'd much rather pay a lot more for a car that needed nothing.

I have a Mini, a Spitfire and a GT6, so interior space isn't a concern.
