I worked at Honda R&D when these were new. One of my favorite daily driver cars we produced. K-series, 6-speed, mechanical LSD. Seats are good, visibility is good, just an all-around fantastic vehicle to drive. Super easy to heel-toe.
Your price seems reasonable to me for the condition and history. I already have a great daily driver and I'm still tempted. If it was blue and a little closer, I'd probably have already sent you a check. Good luck with the sale!
