Looking for wheels for my Fiat 128. Planning on flaring it so wider wheels will work.

You may have better luck in the Fiat forum at mirafiori.com

Also you might look at wobble bolts or studs so you can run 4x100 wheels.

I saw some on the Washington DC Craigslist. Under auto parts, search Fiat.

Actually, Annapolis CL
Not cheap.

Where are you located?

What is the plan for the car, race, SCCA, vintage? Or fun street car?

Dont forget the new fiats use 4x98 as well so there are lots of options out there now. Although the offset could be an issue.

I know where some old Ronals are - but 14x5.5 - is that a size that would work?

bi-turbo wheels are 14s, but I hear that they fit! (I bought some 13x8 steelies for an x1/9 project from a guy who said he was running bi-turbo wheels on his 128.

+1. I had good luck with them running 4X108 wheels on my FB.

Were running stock steelies off a new 500 on our 128. They're only 6" wide, but, hey, that's like 2" more than stock. Currently running 195-45/15 tires on them and they're very nearly the stock diameter. The offsets are perfect and they fit like factory Fiat wheels.

Wobble bolts are another option, but be aware that the 128 wants wheels with a centerbore of 58.1mm. You must have hubcentric wheels when running wobble bolts! Most 4x100 wheels are going to be 57.1 (ain't gonna fit), or ~73mm (will fit, but you'll need a hub centric ring to make up the difference.

I do have some 4x98 Fondmetals that need a new home, but they're not particularly wide at 13x5, possibly 13x5.5. If you have any interest in them, shoot me a PM.

Good luck, and post the results of whatever path you decide to take!

In reply to Joseph: I missed this thread but was going to suggest these. We have them on our 500 with no wobble bolts or centering rings.

I always had good luck with Diamond Racing. IIRC these were ~$40 each.
