They say lightning doesn’t strike twice, so it’s a rare opportunity to come across a 1999 Saab 9-3 Viggen. Viggen is a Swedish word for thunderbolt, and taken from the Saab 37 Viggen aircraft. Saab only sold around 420 of these cars in the U.S.
