Nose looks like Peugeot (maybe it is the rectangulat lights) and the wheels look like Rostyle British wheels used on various cars. Have only ever seen one of these in Canada - was told by an Italian friend that they were typical Mafia/criminal class transport (no idea if that is true).  Classy beasts (the car, not the criminals).

Paolo Martin did design the Peugeot 104, and I believe he was at Pininfarina when the 504 was penned.
