What would an MGB look like if Carroll Shelby gave one the Sunbeam Tiger treatment? Probably something like this Ford 302 V8-powered MGB GT.

The owner of this unique restomod gave us the inside scoop during our annual Orange Blossom Tour. Presented by CRC Industries.

For as much has been modded on the car, I appreciate how subtle it all is.

I also really dig the louvered hood.

Better conversion then the all-aluminum V8, more power & narrower

67 BGT was my first car.  The lines were much nicer than the B with the higher roofline.   I like the cleanliness of this project PLUS. it's a driver.  All the good stuff from the first pre 68 models, Steel dash setup, rounded red tailights, chrome toothed grille.   Quite a lot of subtle changes went into this project.  I'm curious to what was the budget.  Well done.
