One problem with rocker replacement is that it is rarely just the outer rocker that has issues. There is also an inner rocker plus a vertical shut piece between it and the frame that usually need repair or replacement.

Then there is the issue of removing too much and having to try and align the bits again - many hobbyists have removed all three pieces  and replaced them only to find that their doors don't shut properly any more....
