Sorry for that late up. Came back from vacation and started up on the TDi again.
Me and a friend removed broken bolt from the head that hold the injector in place. We looked at the injector...its beat to hell. Then we removed the valve cover to find the retainers for the valve springs beaten up as well.
I am hoping this all the results of the timing belt/injector being installed. Sense the pump was put on there was 500 miles put on it.
