OK, long story short, I had a blacktop header upper piece and bought what I was promised was a blacktop downpipe but it might be from a silvertop, the mechanic doing the swap is going to research it. Anyone know if these two pieces are identical?

So, that would look like a No, they're not identical. What's different, I dunno, but different part numbers.
Great, and the guys who sold it to me were so sure it was from a blacktop...
