BUT if you mask a turbo car you can make more power becuase it will cut down on preignition and so you can run more boost.

OK OK my originally thought was to make light of this post but then it sunk in that GRM is virtue signalling.

Case in point:

The October issue had an article on curing common suspension problems. Sure on the surface it seems like they are helping but we really know it's case of "oui look at us then, giving you a quick guide to fixing things" "gee aren't we handy" but I'm not fooled by this. If you look down in the lower left corner you'll $5.99 that's right they are charging $6 for that knowledge! Like giving me a step by step guide saving my hundreds of dollars is somehow a fair trade off for forking over $6.

Naturally when the powers that be at GRM will come on here telling us they can save us more money if we subscribe.........pfft like they're doing this out of the goodness of their heart........I've seen them camping in a two room tent on the Redneck Riviera.........typically Gordon Gekko types yet they go around pretending $18 a year is somehow a trade off for all that useful content.

Oh and don't even get me started on their advertisers "look at us selling you all this gear that will save your life"

You've seen our staff following CDC guidelines as we continue to play with cars and create content throughout the pandemic, and those guidelines have kept us safe and able to keep playing with cars and making content. I wear safety glasses when drilling and steel-toed shoes when I'm around heavy equipment, too.
