Is it strange that I'd want mine in BMW Estoril Blue with either an M62 or M73 behind it? The thing uses a G50 gearbox, as far as I can tell, so the possibilities are endless. I'd finish the interior properly too. Who says it has to wear Jaguar badges?
Wonder how much the kit costs? I'm sure it's a lot more than a FFR Cobra...
That's remarkable. Now I have one more thing in my life to lust over and be depressed about since I'll never be able to have it.
Thank you. I think I'll go hang myself now.
GRM has officially ruined my life.
Eh... I'm more interested in the red object just behind it. Odd mix of old and new details on the XJ13 replica. Cool that it was done though.
Anything but a Jag V12 in it is blasphemy. The ONLY color is BRG.

So are you wanting to tie the knot and film the whole thing too?

"It's like a small war going on back there."
I have Victory By Design: Jaguar DVD and I never tire of the XJ13 segment.
About six or seven years ago I spent a bunch of time with the owner of the company. Still have a video and the paper work. It would have have cost about 75k more or less to complete. Well worth it if I had the money. Truly a stunning car. There were also a couple of builders in England and theirs were quite a bit more.

Forget how good those vids where and please excuse the shameless plugs
I am thinking the dates coincide with winter test at sebring when this vid was taken , The 48 hours at Sebring event coming link http://suncoastpca.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=78:feb-2nd-5th-2012-48-hours-at-sebring&catid=37:upcoming-events&Itemid=109

I've seen the rebuilt car in person at Amelia Island. Sexxxxxy.
Naturally, they look a lot better with period-style wheels. I still can't help but think of the possibilities with the Porsche G50 trans. The V12 is cool but you could stick virtually anything back there!
I saw the XJ13 at the Monterrey Historics. It's even more beautiful in the flesh.
