I recently picked up a "Power 2" ELM 327 OBDII scanner that has a bluetooth capability to use on my Boxster during track days.
I tried it on a RAV4 and 328 and it worked perfectly, but on an 2006 Boxster I get no engine data, the only thing that looks related is a OBD "time" figure which keeps changing. I emailed the manufacturer and they asked is the Boxster was compatible with the ELM 327 standard, which is something I would have thought they'd known.
Anyway, would appreciate any feedback from porsche owners that have been down this road.
