EWS out of sync BMW E53 X5 4.4 (help)

Hi Folks,

My E53 X5 4.4 was down (no battery, because I removes it to keep it charged) while I rebuild its transmission. Once I got it back together it's a no crank no start with EWS errors. I reset the EWS with INPA, but I am still getting errors of

ISN number: Error Rejected

and

Password: Error Rejected

Has anyone had this issue? And how did you solve it?

Update:

I tracked down the issue to the Trans Control Module.

Swapped it out and the EWS removed the emobilization on the starter.
