GRMers at NHMS LeMons this weekend?

I'm dragging our black gold 280ZX up to Loudon in the AM.

Anyone from the forum coming up? If so, would any of you fine people happen to have a GRM sticker I could steal? I had one saved special for our car, but can't find it at the last minute?

I'm running a novice AutoX school in the NHMS main lot Saturday and running an AutoX event in the same lot Sunday.

I think we may have some GRM stickers in our timing trailer, if I see one I'll grab them before I hit the infield.

Just the Civic, I don't think they took the boat to NH, kinda a shame since Speedycop has brought a pop up trailer (to race not sleep in) so the boat vs. camper was going to be epic.

Du'h, that's right...my bad. Only bringing the Civic this time. Bringing both cars to Summit Point.

I dont know but I would imagine they will require that to be removed prior to racing.

I'll be up next weekend for the NH Vintage Celebration, with Oval racers (midgets), vintage bikes, vintage sidecars, and vintage road race cars (like mine).

I just spotted a black BMW in LeMons livery on a northbound trailer on the Everett Turnpike. "Hm, wonder if there's an event at Loudon this weekend." Guess so.

I was going to be there but I am home sick .

myself and my wife will be there for her to do the autocross school.. ill be keeping our son occupied hanging in the van watchin movies and playing nintendo ds...stop by and say hi.

We're here, with the civic. The boat needed more work to be ready, so the Civic made the trip. It ran flawlessly all day today in testing, after some brake teething issues. It was pouring for a while, even with AWD it was slick.

Speedys camper is, as Jay put it: "that's boat level awesome, except that this will be strewn on the track about 30 minutes in"

after my wifes autocross school we hongout in the stands in the bowl and watched for a bit.. that camper race care was absolutely the funniest thing i have seen i a long time.. im gonna be at the oct race to watch..

I've seen a picture of it being pushed off the track with the bertone volvo, and appears completely intact.

Seems the tongue was a fake breakway design. The propane bottle was allowed for the first few laps for photo opportunities and then removed from what I'm told.

I believe the above photo was from the end of the race. Regardless, other than being a heavy piece of metal projectile, an empty tank would be harmless.

Now if it had safety chains, it still might be attached to it's tow vehicle.

I don't think Bill, Tommy, and Gary have recovered from the race yet.

Bill Danger and the Road Hazards won the race outright in a class B '94 Honda Accord.

Contrary to popular belief, the Z held together all weekend. We had some teething issues, a fuel leak on Sat morning and some suspension problems late on Sat. Sunday was flawless. The car turned out to be surprisingly neutral handling. Now we just need some more rubber and talent.
