On the other hand, going by the former part of your screen name...some kind of slip trail in the water, perhaps an oil slick, or algae?
On the other, other hand...it could be a rorschach type test and in that case, I see nanobots assembling my future supercar.

I wish the camera would catch the image with the clarity of my eyes. I had walked outside wearing an LED headlamp, and every drop of water was a brilliant reflection.
I was originally going to guess that you blew cocaine all over your car cover. But then I remembered I'm the one who has the red 1980s Porsche, so that would be what I would do :)
