Little to much thinking .  throw some pallets on the floor of the PU . that will get the hight you need, 2 10x2x6 boards for ramps and come alone and push it up on the bed. Also you may be suprised at what you can move with a 10 ft. 4x4 , and I bet you use the lumber in a year or less.
