Oddly, the video is from 2014 and both of the links in the description are not working anymore.  I wonder if the company is still around?

Found it... https://www.zcars.org.uk/  Apparently something happened to the company in 2015...

Neat stuff.

That drive unit at 4:40 opens a whole new world. I hate the idea of chain drive cars. (That said, I have some ideas for my shaft-drive, air-cooled 850cc Suzuki engine I have!devil

The original company went out of business, but the rights to the kits have been sold to someone else (it's described on the About page: https://www.zcars.org.uk/home/about/). Pretty common scenario in the UK kit car industry environment.

That drive box is actually made by Quaife: Quaife QBA Of course, that also means you'll want to be sitting down and not drinking anything when you see the price...

It's not cheap, but it's a *very* tidy piece of kit that solves a huge problem.

And hey, if you want a Hayabusa-powered Locost or other F/R layout, the inline reversing box is much less expensive. And if you can deal with one chain from MC output into the diff/reduction unit, the diff-in-a-box is also considerably less expensive.
