Orlando Roadsters meet-up tonight (April 29)

I’ll be there with our Garage Rescue Miata.

Saw friends, saw cool cars, didn’t get stuck in traffic. 

Wish I'd gone, but I was just wiped out from work. Glad to hear the Altamonte Springs traffic snarl didn't get you. 

Love the photo in front of Waffle House. IMHO, better than Hammer Store Car Photos!

Made it in and out with no issues at all. While heading to the event, though, eastbound traffic at the St. Johns looked more brutal than usual, if that’s even possible. I had smooth sailing when passing through later in the evening, though. 

The new meet-up location is easy for me: exit I-4 and then an easy right-hand turn into the parking lot.

Thank you. I had the place to myself, too. 

Apparently, I'm old.  It never occurred to me that a roadster club would be dedicated to Miatas.  I assumed old Fords.

“I feel so old,” a friend said during last night’s Miata meeting.

How old are you? I asked.

Closing in on 40.

So, yeah, the event attracts a young crowd.
