Needs a Miata chassis underneath it...

Needs to be left without a P in front of it

Am I just old or does the original look more classy and timeless and the new one overwrought- like trying too hard?

Compared to most other modern BMWs it looks pretty dang good. (Not hideous)

A gorgeous 1948 Mercury Meteor pickup truck. Sold in Canada, it was obviously a Ford.

Saw this rice-y Celica the other day. What made it interesting was the level of poserness on display - notice that the "Falken" tires are actually FIrestone snow tires.

Tonight at local gas station.  I don't know what it is but it arrived under its own power.

Google image search tells me...

Oh snap. I know that intersection. That's a mile or so from my work.

That is from the Liberty Aviation Museum.  Its a recreation of a Horch 108 built on some kind of Chevy or Ford truck frame.  Many years ago I was up at Camp Perry doing my 2 weeks Annual Training for the Ohio Guard and a coworker and a friend of his from Cleveland went to the CMP store.  They showed up where I was working around lunchtime and my Army boss gave me the rest of the day off.  We ended up eating lunch at the Diner attached to the Museum and after eating went through it.  I was still in uniform and as we were getting ready to leave one of the staff comes over to us and asks if we wanted to go see their B-25.  We of course said yes, but the 25 was in a hanger on the other side of the airport so he took us over in the Horch.  That was a very cool day and if you have not been to the Museum its worth a visit.  In the vestibule they have Clark Gabel's WWII Army uniform and his discharge paperwork, signed by a guy named Ronald Reagan.

In front of me at the local burger joint. I've long since stopped caring about Ferrari models, but I've never seen this model before.

I believe this one is a non-turbo, which makes it even more rare. Most of the coupes were GXPs, IIRC

Ferrari convertible that lives locally, here in General Motors country. I've been seeing it in the morning at the local gas station and finally managed to snag a picture. Red with a cream interior. 308 I think?

Thanks for the rest of the story.  I've been to the diner many times,  pre-covid days, but never did the whole museum.
