In my hood, Blackwing.
Because road and track wrote an article about this very vehicle, guess I'll post this "sighting" from Duncan Imports. Really should stop in if in SW VA. Renault Sport Spider.

Anybody notice how understated the JZA80 behind it looks in comparison?
(Anybody notice the JZA80 at all?)
No photo, 'cause I was drivin. 1984 or early 1985 SVO Mustang. Mostly black on Candlers Mountain Rd in Lynchburg, VA. How long has it been since you've seen one of those in the wild?
In reply to clownkiller :
A guy at work has a clean modified 240. I have not run into him yet but he has a stock looking sticker on the rear that is 240SR. I am betting he has an SR20 in the thing.

I see one almost every day, but admittedly I seem to work at Unicorn Central. We're all a bunch of weirdos.
This, however, is a rara avis
These are unicorns back in the states but are all over the place here in Brisbane. Holden Ute and Wagon, we barely got the sedan in a couple different GM flavors.
In reply to RacetruckRon :
Zero utes or wagons made it here. The sedans are unicorns here too, as GM seemed to be hell-bent on not letting anyone know about the cars they had for sale.
Someone told me that the Chevy SS only existed as a way for Holden to wrap up production obligations, they weren't interested in actually selling any.
It's somewhat popular here for SS owners to rebadge them as Holdens.
