I have a set of winter tires, michelin X ice to be exact. Had them for 4 winters, this is the 5th. When I got them I knew they were a bit underrated, my car is a 06 Mazdaspeed6 and it came with 93XL load rated tires: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Bridgestone&tireModel=Potenza+RE050A&sidewall=Blackwall&partnum=145YR8RE050AXL&tab=Sizes

The X ice were with in range at 89, but not XL, and I have never had a problem, until now...

The left front looks like it is constantly 10 psi low, but it is the same 38psi as the others. Is it possible the sidewall has somehow failed?!?! I planned to get a new set of winters/all seasons for winter next year regardless. But I need to know if this is unsafe, my gut says it is, but I havent encountered anything like this before. Could I just over inflate it and get by?

Weird...

Ben, where are you located?

I would take it to a reputable dealer in your area, if you post your location someone here will be able to advise who to go to.
