Very easy.  When you do an Autotrader search, look for 3 liter models.

 

The Jags had different top ends (heads and intake) compared to the Contour or Taurus Duratecs.

For some reason, I didn't think that the 3.0 AWD was available with the manual trans though.  A quick search and it looks like I was wrong...It's just an exceedingly rare combination.
