Ok, so I changed my oil and now the airbag lite is on. I guess that is a come back. Question is, will the ELM327 dongle and Torque be able to diagnose this? Or do I need something a bit more VWish? Car in question is a 1997 Jetta. TIA

FYI
The airbag light on my '97 Golf GL was due to a bad cluster. When I researched this last month, I was informed by several local VW folks that the clusters are notoriously crappy on the MK3 VW.
I ended up getting lucky with a salvage yard cluster that was almost my exact mileage. Total luck!
Fixed my problem for $25.
