I ride year long as long as the roads are dry. With temps in the 20s and 30s it doesn't even require extra clothes. The dry salt crap on the road washes off if it gets on the bike. When it's single digits and teens, I'll wear a hoody under my riding jacket and my kevlar reinforced pants. I've got a great pair of gauntlet style gloves that are kevlar with a thinsulate lining Mrs.Mini got for me that are warm while staying flexible. No need for "hippo hands" anymore. Some say we're nuts-I say it's the difference between being a motorcyclist and a biker.
