Thats the one that i always come back to, and that my brother the realtor hammers home with his clients.
Most times those homes are subsidized by the government. There is no shortage of tenants for homes like that. It seems the population is getting dumber and fewer guys wear helmets riding motorcycles or doing dumb tricks.
