Installing a bootloader on a printer.  For this I borrowed a friend's Mega2560 board.  Problem is most everything I can find to do the firmware install uses a different board, most commonly an Uno.  I don't know this stuff that well, so I wanted to check before everything goes FUBAR.
Here's the jumper pinout for the Uno board https://i.imgur.com/5oDR136.jpg

Here's the full pinout for the Mega board http://wiki.wpi.edu/images//images/7/71/Megapdf.png

There are two 6-pin clusters on the Mega board.  Top right, and middle center.  Middle center is listed as ICSP,  so I'm assuming I use that one, but where is the pin 10? Is it the same as pin 19 on the Mega board, or do I use pin 10 again?  Other stuff I might need to know?

3d printer? If it's a creality printer see if "teaching tech" on youtube has a video about it.

They do, but they flash using the Uno board I mentioned above.  I think the picture of the uno jumper pinout is actually from the video.

In reply to minivan_racer :

So, match the ss pin on Uno to the ss pin on the Mega? (which I incorrectly listed as 19 above, but looks like it's #53?)
