That Polara looks like a good candidate if all the rot is in the quarter panels.
I kind of want to hold out for an A-body. I don't expect a sub 1k A-body in usable condition to pop up though.

I know the C-body is a tank, which means I have to try harder when I build this 440 if I want the car to feel fast.
