Reminds me of a story, there was an A/C unit in the middle of an intersection. Police officer was parked nearby. The storyteller asked the officer if he needed help moving it. The officer grumpily replied that he was waiting to see if they were going to come back to pick it up, as it was some crazy high fine ($3000?) to lose a load on the road.
This, I figure, is going to be worse than that.
