You'd have to if you wanted to talk to the off-shore resources.

Global marketplace and all that jazz. Rising early doesn't mean jack E36 M3 in some businesses- in fact, it's a liability.

The better hearts were made by the Necco people.  I was a big fan of the wafers although I ate them like popcorn and usually the entire package in 5-6 minutes.
